The healing hands of Lindsay, LMT at the Lamberton Conservatory, Rochester New York.

Lindsay received her NYS Massage Therapy License from The Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in 2005. Since then she has been practicing in various settings, including, chiropractic offices, day spas and health clubs. 

Lindsay integrates Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Therapy techniques to alleviate pain and tension from chronic and acute muscle aliments. In her years of experience, Lindsay has learned to intuitively asses neuromuscular burdens from the subtle to the obvious, resulting in an increased range of motion and musculoskeletal alignment.
